Joseph M. Longmeyer was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. After graduating from Saint Xavier High School, he attended Vanderbilt University where he graduated with a degree in comparative literature and a minor in political science.
Joseph attended Saint Louis University School of Law, where he earned a staff position in the St. Louis University Law Journal and served as an editor in his third year. He was admitted to practice in Kentucky in 2001.
Since departing law school, Joseph has practiced alongside his father John Longmeyer, acquiring years of experience litigating personal injury cases, product liability, slip and fall, worker's compensation, wills, trusts, and estates. He is AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
